Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts : Thandiswa Mazwai

A true icon of South African music, Thandiswa Mazwai brings her commanding voice and powerful presence to the Garden. Her sound draws from jazz, kwaito, traditional Xhosa music and Afro-soul, creating an experience that is both rooted and revolutionary.

Known for fearless storytelling and magnetic performances, Thandiswa’s show promises to be highlight of the season: bold beautiful and unforgettable; under the summer sky.

Gates will open at 16:00, and music will start at 17:30. Pack a picnic, a blanket for an afternoon with one of South Africa’s finest voices.
